Dream Interpretations
Interpreting Yourself
Interpreting your own dreams is the best interpretation that you
could have. Each dream is unique, and no dictionary can positively identify what each dream
and its symbols mean in reference to your own life. To interpret yourself, first you have to
identify any of the characters in your dream and what they mean or symbolize in your life.
Next, you need to draw from your real life events that are happening that could be presenting
themselves in your dreams. Also, it is important to look for any "puns" that your mind could
be using on you. For example, seeing an airplane could represent your feelings of plainess.
Using the dream journal that is mentioned on the previous page will also be helpful, because
it is helpful to circle or highlight symbols. If you can't figure out what they could mean,
you should look them up in a dream dictionary, and derive from your life to see their symbols.
Dream Dictionaries
Dream dictionaries can be found in many different places. It is
possible to go to a bookstore and buy a hard copy of a dictionary to look things up. But,
there are also many different types of dictionaries that can be found on the internet. They
are all over the place, so find one that you can bookmark in you browser, and it will be there
for your convenience. Here is one site that seems to be pretty thorough for a dictionary:
